I am a Holistic & Complementary Professionals who believe in holistic wellness and health. I use massage in providing complementary healings. Massage therapy uses touch and pressure to treat muscle and soft tissues of the body. This kind of therapy is used to relieve pain, improve the healing of injuries, improve the circulation, relieve stress and improve the general well-being of the my clients. 

As a massage professional I perform the most popular types of massage therapy techniques that include:

1. Swedish Massage Therapy - this is designed to help my stressed clients to relax with lotion, oil, and long, kneading movements.

2. Deep Tissue Massage Therapy - this involves digging deep into the muscles of my athlete clients clients with pain and those in rehabilitation centers

3. Hot Stone Massage - this relaxing practice involves professionally placing hot stones on the body to loosen tight muscles and restore balance.

4. Reflexology - this Massage therapy focuses on the feet, using pressure points to relieve internal organs.

5. Aromatherapy - using a variety of scented oils based on a client’s specific needs, aromatherapy can help fight stress, increase energy, as well as help to heal.

6. Medical Massage - this involves specific treatments, targeted to the medical issues the patient presents, administered after a thorough assessment.

7. Thai Massage - this realigns the body through a series of stretching and compression, with some pressure point work to increase a client’s range of motion and flexibility.

8. Pregnancy Massage - this is a massage I provide to my 12 weeks to 38 weeks pregnant clients which I use specific pre-natal techniques, to help increase circulation, alleviate tired muscles and relieve fatigue.
